Fans Can’t Get Enough of RHOA Cynthia Bailey’s New Job

“The Real Housewives of Atlanta” star Cynthia Bailey is circling back to the profession that made her famous.

Bailey announced on Instagram Wednesday, May 30 that she’s been signed by the modeling agency Major New York.

“Just signed with @majormodelsny. So excited! It’s like riding a bike right?
Let’s go✌🏽,” the 51-year-old wrote with the hashtags #onceamodel #alwaysamodel.

The agency also announced its newest client on its Instagram page saying, “Welcoming supermodel @cynthiabailey10 to the #MajorNY family!!! So happy to have you with us, Cynthia 💕💕💕.”

In response to the signing, many fans have applauded Bailey.

Bailey was initially signed to a five-year contract with Wilhelmina models when she burst onto the scene in 1992. In addition to gliding down the catwalk at Fashion Week in Paris and Milan, gracing the covers of Essence, Vanity Fair and Vogue and appearing in ad campaigns for Maybelline & Oil of Olay, she also appeared in the movie “Without I’m Nothing” opposite Sandra Bernhardt.

In the years since Bailey still made time to strut down the runway from time to time while working on RHOA. She has opened her own modeling agency, “The Bailey Agency,” in Atlanta.
