Videos of NFL player Colin Kaepernick training may be stirring up a buzz, but his long-time girlfriend Nessa Diab just landed a new job as a talk show host with a major television program, NBC announced Monday.
Many know Diab from hosting radio station “Hot 97” and MTV reunion specials for “Total Request Live”, “Jersey Shore”, and “Teen Mom”, but “Talk Stoop” on NBC will be her newest venture.
“Nessa’s funny, honest and unfiltered personality is exactly what ‘Talk Stoop’ is all about. When people are talking about something or making noise on social media, you can be sure that Nessa will ask the right questions to get audiences the answers they’re looking for. We’re thrilled that she’s joining our ‘Talk Stoop’ family and excited for fans everywhere to fall in love with her, just like we did,” said Senior Vice President of LX.TV Productions, Meredith McGinn, Boston 10 reported.
Diab will make her on-air debut April 8. while staged in a midtown condominium in Manhattan. Her interview sit-downs will include celebrities like Tyra Banks, Kandi Burruss, Deepak Chopra, Thomas Hayden Church, Rita Moreno, Rosie Perez, Dennis Quaid, Maria Shriver, Bernie Williams, Forest Whitaker and more. “Talk Stoop” which was created in 1999 has featured a significant amount of interviews with actors, athletes and celebrity figures.
The 36-year-old has earned more than 10 years of hosting experience among stations in New York and San Francisco, CA. She currently still hosts “Nessa on Air,” at “Hot 97”.
