It's either built up from the ground by its owner, bought and paid for or part of an inheritance received-free-stuff. Anyways, Ms. Condoleezza Rice, the former U. S. Secretary of State; is her own coporation/company, by the way as Secretary of State she was 4th inline succession to the office of the president.
Any one who takes a high profile position in government or a non-goverment positions are going to get some dirt on themselves; if you konw of any person who had to deal on the world stage of politics and business and came away pure and white as snow please give us their names.

Serious question: do black people understand that conservatives tend to go against their own self interest? Yes, Condi was successful, but so was Bush, Rumsfield, and Cheney, and none of these people deserve any type of praise. But she's black so she get a pass?
