@jahleel–As long as the job opportunities are limited in the private sector, there are unfortunately going to be young black people enlisting in the military. From experience though, I know that most are going in primarily for college benefits and having a steady, stable income. I went in right out of high school for the college fund & if I had to do it all over, I would have just gone into debt with college loans like everybody else. I also would tell women who are thinking about going in, that your recruiter will never tell you that 1 out of 3 female recruits will be either raped or sexually assaulted while in the military. Look up the case of PFC LaVena Johnson. It's horrific and she's not the only one. Also history has shown that while black people have happily tried to prove our 'patriotism' by enlisting in ALL wars & conflicts this country has engaged in–we NEVER benefit from the spoils of war. For example, after WWII, while black people enlisted in a segregated military to ostensibly fight 'Nazism'..when it was over, we came back to Jim Crow/segregaton/lynchings and 3rd class citizenship, while the US govt covertly forged documents & gave citizenship to known Nazi War Criminals, who then were given positions of power in the intel & military agencies. This is how YOUR so called country repays you time & time again.
Yes agreed…with the spook by the door comment. That movie was excellent. We must learn the art of war with chess make moves, not based solely on emotions and reactions but calculated actions.

Attractive, well spoken , confident and empowering.This black panther leader had all these qualities.But he was naive.If they will take out JFK and Martin luther king..without even a blink…I'm pretty sure they will take out the black panther leader.
The best offense would have been empowerment of the community, without bringing too much attention to himself.Not sure if that's possible though..

I agree with you I have told me sons they will night fight for a country that does not even recognize them as real citizen's.
Before you can have a war you need followers. We can't go to a social event without hurting each other. We won't help ourselves out when it's crisis. If white people weren't involved in Black Lives Matter I don't believe it would exist. We have to be friends first, before we can build a society within a society that function properly. How many friends do you have "black ones" that's ready to be friends with other blacks and not whites? We have let go of the hand of the other and do for self. I'm not saying be racist I'm saying keep them out our business.
Our skin keep them out. We have to friends loyal friends before we can anything. We have love ourselves, we have to talk about beings friends and help each other out. We have to be able to come together as family, we have gain respect for our elders for ourselves. We have to get our kids in line and back in school. We have to stop making babies with no way of caring for them. We have to be debilitated for thinking being a gangster is cool. We have to look at the streets (i.e. hustling) as Loserville… There's a lot of work that needs to be done MENTALLY before we can build a great nation. Who's willing to start over whatever happened in the past we leave it there and start over? Who's willing to friends? Raise your hand.✋
