Rihanna Plagued by Another Attempted Burglary, Suspects Caught on Camera

Rihanna in Australia for Diamonds World Tour A group of burglars attempted to break into Rihanna’s $12 million Los Angeles home over the weekend but were quickly scared off by the singer’s security system after they had already been caught on tape.

We aren’t sure what it is about Rihanna’s home, but it attracts crazy people and burglars like “it ain’t nobody business,” as she would say.

Apparently a group of would-be robbers pulled up to RiRi’s home and smashed a sliding glass door in the rear of the home with a chair.

Security alarms immediately sounded and apparently it was enough to prevent the suspects from even entering her home.

The strange part is that the suspects should have expected the lavish home to have a security system installed, if they paid attention to the sign they passed on their way to her posh pad.

In order to gain access to the home you have to drive up a private road with a sign that reads, “Smile, you’re on camera.”

Maybe the criminals thought it was a joke, but it certainly wasn’t. Rihanna’s property is riddled with security cameras and the suspects’ every move was being recorded.

Despite the video evidence, LA police are still searching for the would-be robbers.

Once you consider RiRi’s past experiences with home invasions, it’s no wonder she has cameras all around the property.

Earlier this year a stalker also attempted to break into Rihanna’s home, but accidentally entered her neighbor’s home instead.

Rihanna robbers caught on tape Shortly after that, another man was found by her security team creeping around on her roof.

Looks like the Bajan beauty might want to stop all the nude Instagram photos and over-sexualized performances until things cool off a bit. The last thing anyone would want after coming from from a lengthy world tour is to find yet another creepy man on the roof.

Then again, Rihanna is too “gangsta” to be afraid of a few attempted break-ins, right?

Well maybe not, but she certainly appreciates a woman who can dress like one.

When admiring the late Princess Diana’s style during her interview with Glamour Magazine she revealed that she loved how “gangsta” the princess was with fashion.

“She was like- she killed it,” Rihanna said of Princess Diana’s style. “Every look was right. She was gangsta with her clothes. She has these crazy hats. She got oversized jackets. I loved everything she wore.”

Rihanna’s opinion on fashion was certainly a hot topic considering she has a new fashion competition reality show coming up titled, “Style to Rock.” The new series will be premiering later this month on Bravo and will feature fashionable music producer Pharrell Williams and model Erin Wasson as mentors for the contestants.

During the Glamour interview she also explained why she is more excited to hear people call her Robyn, which is her legal first name, rather than Rihanna.

“When people call me Robyn, my head just flies around because I feel like that person knows me,” she said. “But Rihanna, that tends to be people’s own (creation). Robyn is who I am. Rihanna – that’s an idea of who I am.”

In other words, Rihanna is the girl who shows up late to her own concerts, seemingly drunk, after getting into Twitter wars with B-list celebrities during which she flaunts her wealth and tells her fans she hates them because they’re broke.

Robyn? That’s apparently the girl we would all like if we ever got a chance to meet her. Until then, we’re still stuck with Rihanna and her navy.
