CNN has reported that two officers who were under investigation for possibly profiling Actor and Director Tyler Perry, have been cleared of any possible wrongdoing.
The incident occurred in February of this year when Tyler Perry was pulled over in Southwest Atlanta after leaving his studio near Greenbriar Mall. Mr. Perry admits to making an illegal turn, but says he was pulled over and put into a hostile situation with the 2 officers. One officer even supposedly reached into his car to make him turn off his engine.
The 2 officers claimed that they never saw the color of the man that they were stopping. Officers said that they were looking for stolen car suspects, and they believed the car that Mr. Perry was driving was one of the cars they were looking for…
