A video surfaced of rapper Maino getting shot while performing at a club, but fortunately for Maino fans it appears that the “shooting” was in fact staged.
The footage looks extremely real, as Maino hit the deck after appearing to take a bullet to the torso.
According to Global Grind, the leaked cell phone footage of Maino getting shot was from a Benny Boom-directed movie titled Dice City, where Maino plays himself and is shot. The 38-year-old rapper, whose real name is Jermaine Coleman, hails from Bed-Stuy, Brooklyn.
