Rihanna is asserting once again that she has body insecurities, although she arrived at the Scott Mills show in London on Thursday for an interview in only a blazer reprising its role as a dress.
We told you earlier this month how Rihanna was displeased with her extreme weight loss after dieting and “losing her butt and boobs.”
Contrary to what others may do, the Barbados singer hasn’t covered up much since denoting such. Promoting her role in upcoming film”Battleships,” the singer switched from a floral, silk pajama style number into a vibrantly printed blazer—and nothing else. Instead of a bra and pants, the “Man Down” singer completed her look with amber colored, circular sunglasses and black strap heels. Interesting enough, a reporter asked the singer if she was as confident about her body as she appeared on screen in a previous interview before the blazer change.
“I mean you get comfortable with the fact that that’s your body and that is what it is – that I had to learn,” she said. “After doing that on set, I started doing that in the mirror because it was like, OK, whatever, I feel fat today, but what can you really do about it?”
‘You have to just accept your body. You may not love it all the way, but you just have to be comfortable with it, comfortable with knowing that that’s your body. You just want something else that someone else has, but that doesn’t mean what you have isn’t beautiful, because people always want what you have, and you always want what they have – no one is ever 100 per cent like, ‘Yes, I’m the bomb dot com – from head to toe!’”
