On Monday, Vanessa Paradis showed up to the Paris premiere of her upcoming film, “Café de Flore” without Johnny Depp. This was her first official public appearance since PEOPLE’s report surfaced that she and her 14 year partner Johnny Depp are living separate lives.
The actress walked fast and didn’t talk to anyone on the red carpet. She only stopped once to pose with Marin Gerrier, one of her fellow actors in the movie.
“She had the air she always does – polite, smiling saying hello to everyone inside,” says French TV reporter Christophe Beaugrand. Reporters were told that they weren’t allowed to ask her any personal questions.
Last week, the french actress-model spent time in Paris without Depp. She was spotted on Friday shopping in the Marais district of the city.
After Paradis left the premiere, she signed autographs and then headed to an afterparty, seemingly to enjoy her newly single life at the nearby Chez Castel nightclub.
