Dwayne Johnson has agreed to star in Monster Hunter’s Survival Guide, which is a live action adventure movie based on the comic book miniseries by John Paul Russ. The book series is a shows how to hunt monsters, the undead and unnatural beasts, and survive the confrontations.
The actor is having a relatively good year. He joined the cast of Fast Five and the film skyrocketed to more than $626 million in box office, worldwide.
Currently, Johnson is also playing in the upcoming film ‘G.I. Joe 2: Retaliation.’ He will play the character Roadblock. Directly after filming ‘G.I. Joe,’ the’Rock’ will play in Snitch, playing a man who turns DEA informant to reduce his son’s prison sentence.
‘Monster Hunter’s Survival Guide’ will be produced by Simon Kinberg through his Genre Films shingle.
