Former Pittsburgh Steelers receiver Hines Ward showed his moves on the football field in arguably a Hall of Fame career and he showed his deft footwork in winning ABC’s Dancing With The Stars last year. Now, Ward takes on a new challenge: television analyst.
The former Georgia Bulldog has been signed on by NBC Sports to work as an analyst for its NFL and college football coverage — a nice gig for Ward, who retired from the NFL in March after 14 years with the Steelers.
The four-time Pro Bowl participant has a multi-year deal and will be a regular contributor to the NBC’s Football Night In America on Sundays and will be part of NBC Sports Network’s college football studio show on Saturdays.
