Kenya Moore had fans concerned Wednesday evening when a post thanking her fellow “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” co-stars had some believing she was saying goodbye to the show.
“Thank you for making me feel so loved @cynthiabailey10 I miss you! Thank you @kandi for always being you and @porsha4real for sending your well wishes. #sisterhood #babydaly #RHOA,” she wrote of co-stars Cynthia Bailey, Kandi Burruss and Porsha Williams.
The post of gratitude had some speculating she was confirming reports that she refused to take a “friend of the show” role on RHOA and instead quit the Bravo reality series altogether.
“This better not be your goodbye from the show. Like the show NEEDS you.”
“@thekenyamoore Kenya please don’t leave me 😂😭.”
“What’s going on gorgeous? If you leave the show – I’m done. 😏@thekenyamoore.”
“Congrats Kenya! Please don’t leave the show! Your [sic] the classy and sassy queen we need.”
“Is this your goodbye to #RHOA? 😢”
Moore didn’t waste time in clearing up that notion by responding to the last comment.
“@thelifeofjalil LOL no just sending out love ❤.”
The remark had fans relieved and many speculated she still actually has a peach, despite reports running rampant to the contrary for months.
“I believe Kenya still has a peach and that there will be 7 fulltime peaches this season with 1 newbie 💯💯💯🤷🏾♀️/”
“All I’m saying if she’s coming back and filming secretly that means a good rating frenzy for RHOA 11.”
One of the latest reports surrounding Moore’s exit claims she had been eyeing a spin-off series, which she shot down.
“Do you really think Bravo would talk to a trashy blog like ‘radar online?’ When have you ever seen Bravo release cast info before the season starts on any cast member being fired or HIRED? 🤔 N-E-V-E-R,” she said on Instagram.
She hasn’t hit back at a more recent rumor that she turned down a part-time gig on the series, but fans are ready to launch a #JusticeForKenya campaign if necessary.
