Shereé Whitfield is taking viewers inside her home years after the mansion was due to be completed. This amid talk she’s been given the boot from “The Real Housewives of Atlanta.”
When introduced on “Open House NYC,” host Sara Gore credits her to the Bravo reality series, but folks watching aren’t so sure Whitfield will be able to keep up with her house if she’s indeed been kicked off the show.
“I finally finished Chateau Shereé about a year and a half ago and I can honestly say from top to bottom, it is my dream home,” Whitfield says in the clip.
Whitfield first began building her home during her first stint as an RHOA wife, having bought the land in 2012, according to The Atlanta Journal-Constitution. She didn’t complete the house until after she returned to the show as a main cast member in season 9.
That may be partly why fans commenting on the house tour clip feel Whitfield might not be able to maintain her dream home if she doesn’t come back on the show for season 11.

Rumors about Whitfield’s status on the show began swirling in April when sources told Us Weekly she was “very upset” when producers kicked her off the program. Plus, it appears her relationship with federally imprisoned Tyrone Gilliams may have harmed her chances of being brought back.
“Bravo can’t film inside or even outside the jail. This is causing a problem with her storyline,” the source explained.
Yet it seems Whitfield is taking all the talk in stride. She recently posted a cryptic message on Instagram saying, “I’m effing PLATINUM but u prefer silver…. And that’s ok. I know my worth….#I’llpass 💁♀️.”
