It’s summertime and celebs are constantly rocking new hairstyles, but unfortunately, some fans are unimpressed with Yandy Smith-Harris new tresses.
The original cast member of ‘Love and Hip Hop: New York’ posted a photo of herself sporting a new ‘do’ and the Internet had a field day roasting the star.
The mother of two was in Los Angeles for the 2018 BET Awards and wore a platinum blonde bob wig with a blunt styled cut bang. Harris wrote on Instagram, “Backstage [at 2018 BET Awards] had to post this [Yelle Skin Care] face, No make Up and this [Yelle Beauty] new hair color. I never do colors but I like it.”
Social media users instantly began roasting the reality star and told her to “put the wig back.”
One fan wrote, “PLZ lose the hair 🤦♀️.”
A second person commented, “😂 Yeah I love yu too Yandy but the wig gotta go it takes away from ur beauty boo.”
Tinasnell82 said, “Umm no [Yandy Smith] you are too pretty for this and who ever did it should be fired!”
Another fan added, “She need to put that raccoon wig back up.”
One of Harris’ friends chimed in with fans and wrote, “Omg I love you but the hair is terrible! What in the chucky bride wig sis 😳.” The reality star couldn’t do anything but laugh and responded back, “I can not Lol!!!”
Harris’s appears on LHHNY with her husband Mendecees Harris and their children. Yandy is a businesswoman who owns a hair-line, skincare company and manages upcoming music artists. The breakout star will make her way back to television for Season 9 of the reality show.
