Emily B’s Father’s Day message to her boyfriend and father of her kids Fabolous was meant to thank him for being a great dad, but soon fans began using it to attack the star for reconciling with him to begin with.

She wrote “Happy Father’s Day @myfabolouslife!” she wrote Sunday, June 17. “Thank you for being such an amazing father to our children! We love you 💙 #papi.”

Fans weren’t feeling the love, though.

“I want the prayer I sent for you back.”

“But didn’t she recently call the cops on him #waitaminute.”

“She has such low self esteem! Nobody feel sorry when he does it again! 🤷🏻‍♀️”

But Emily wouldn’t stand for the judgment and hit back on her Instagram story.

“IF YOU SAY ONE NEGATIVE THING ON MY PAGE OR EVEN LIKE A NEGATIVE COMMENT- I WILL BLOCK YOU. #POSITIVEVIBESONLY,” she wrote.

It’s no secret that she and Fab have a violent history. In March, footage surfaced of the rapper lunging at his girlfriend as a bodyguard is forced to hold him back. That followed a report that he knocked out Emily’s two front teeth, which resulted in police showing up to their home. Fab later turned himself in and was charged with aggravated assault and making a terroristic threat.

More details about the couple’s tumultuous relationship followed, including a report about the altercation that alleged Fabolous punched her seven times. She then called her dad to their New Jersey home and documents said Emily’s dad removed “two handguns from the residence due to her fear that they may be used against her.” Plus, another incident happened that saw Fab allegedly become “enraged” when he learned Emily was in L.A. He’s reported to have texted her threats — including one that said he wanted to hit her in the head with a baseball bat and another one her life.

Since then, the couple has managed to patch things up.
