Kathy Griffin says Kevin Hart should take aim at Donald Trump since he’s a Black comedian.
The disgraced comedienne made the remarks while promoting her 23-city Laugh Your Head Off comedy tour, which comes a year after her career took a hit for mocking Trump. Controversy erupted around Griffin last summer when she posed for a photoshoot with a faux decapitated, bloody Trump head.
“I do feel like this is such an anxiety-ridden time for everyone that there is a thirst for all kinds of comedy,” Griffin told USA Today Wednesday, June 13. “And look, if you want to not hear about Trump at all, go see Kevin Hart. He doesn’t even mention Trump. I personally think that’s a p—- move because he’s a Black man. But I guess he’s selling more tickets than I ever will.”
Hart, who is currently on his Irresponsible Tour, hasn’t responded to Griffin. But fans have hit reply with a quickness.
