Rapaport Blasts Lil Xan After Waka Flaka and T.I. Ban the Rapper from Hip Hop

Rapper Waka Flocka Flame has called for rapper Lil Xan to be banned from Hip Hop after comments he made about Tupac. The “Betrayed” rapper said that Tupac’s music was “Boring.”

Lil Xan recently had an interview with Revolt where he was asked during the “On Clout 9” segment to rate songs and topics on a scale of 1-10, based on the level of importance or relevance someone or something holds. With “1” meaning no relevance. When the young rapper was asked about the late rapper Tupac he rated him at “2.” When he was asked why he gave Tupac that rating he shrugged and said “boring music.”

This lack of awareness towards Tupac caused a bit of a stir with not only fans but other celebrities.

Yesterday March. 6, Waka Flocka fired off a number of tweets regarding the up-and-coming rapper. He tweeted,”LiL Xan banned from hip hop.”  And “GoD of Rap, Hip Hop, etc Tupac Shakur!!!” He also tweeted, “Pac help me get thru childhood!!! Shit hurt to see the youth disrespect man that paved the way for all of us literally… I hope nobody overlook me accomplishments when I leave.”

Then Revolts DJ Akademiks posted on his Instagram Waka Flocka’s response tweets including rapper T.I.’s cosign “So be it.”

After the disastrous reactions to the interview, Lil Xan has decided not to do interviews anymore. He said, “I love my fans to death but, I can’t keep letting these companies take advantage of me and using me to further their sh*t, it’s f*cked up. No more interviews.”

The backlash from the controversial interview didn’t stop there, actor Michael Rapaport also had comments. Rapaport posted a video giving Lil Xan a piece of his mind. His caption, “LiL Xanax is speaking on 2Pac’s music #disruptivebehavior @iamrapaportpodcast. You can have an opinion & I can have an opinion about your opinion.”
