Sorry, Taylor, But Kanye West Isn’t Worried About Your New Video

Taylor Swift’s “Screw you, Kanye” stance on her new single doesn’t have the rapper the least bit bothered.

The singer released her video for “Look What You Made Me Do” during the MTV Video Music Awards Sunday, Aug. 27, and when the song dropped two days earlier, many speculated she was taking aim at West.

However, Kanye West and his wife, Kim Kardashian West, reportedly think the longstanding feud between them and Swift is old and tired. According to TMZ, Kardashian West thought the issue about the leaked phone calls over the dispute about West’s song, “Famous” was a done deal last year.

West simply has bigger fish to fry.

The troubled rapper is reportedly more concerned about his beef with former collaborator Jay-Z than Swift’s issues with him.

“They’re like brothers who fight but feel bad about it and always end up coming together,” TMZ’s insider claims of West and Jay.

The VMAs Aren’t All About Taylor Swift:

  1. Kendrick Lamar’s VMA Performance Goes Up In Flames, Literally
  2. MTV VMAs Full of Emotional, Political Moments; Lamar Wins 6
  3. Rihanna Honors Caribbean Roots In Speech for Vanguard Award at 2016 VMAs

And West isn’t the only entertainer who has been pulled into Swift’s new era.

When a teaser for “Look What You Made Me Do” dropped Friday, Aug. 25, Twitter users accused the former country crooner of ripping off none other than Beyoncé. However, Joseph Khan, the video director who has collaborated with Queen Bey in her Destiny’s Child days, shut down those claims.
