On Thursday’s edition of Fox News’ “The Kelly File,” conservative host Megyn Kelly discussed the latest developments of the Freddie Gray case with Baltimore’s Fox 45 reporter Jeff Abell and George Washington University law professor John Banzhaf.
In the clip, Kelly and her two guests reveal that the Baltimore sheriff who signed off on criminal charges was never involved in the investigation. Also, the defense has accused Mosby and her team of withholding evidence.
Banzhaf called for the disbarment of Mosby before this interview with Kelly. He says if you can’t convict van driver Caesar Goodson, who had the most charges, you can’t convict the others.
