Black Community in Dallas Shocks Heavily Armed Hate Group with an Overwhelming Show of Force

There was a heavy police presence in a south Dallas community as a gun-toting, anti-Muslim hate group protested at a mosque in Texas. The group was confronted by armed members of the community alongside the New Black Panther party and the Huey P Newton Gun Club, who said they were there to protect Black Muslims from the BAIR demonstrators.

The Bureau of American Islamic Relations regularly shows up at Muslim prayer centers with firearms in an effort to protest Islamic worship in the U.S.

The hate group expected a routine day of aggression and intimidation at the Nation of Islam mosque on Martin Luther King Boulevard in South Dallas, but found themselves outnumbered by the armed self-defense group waiting for them.
