Inside the issue, Winfrey shares her annual “favorite things” list. Prior to ditching her critically acclaimed talk-show, Oprah’s favorite things list was the bread and butter for the vendors chosen.
While the talk show platform is no longer available, the next best thing are her millions of magazine subscribers.
Comedian Jimmy Kimmel is added to the small number of people who have joined or replaced Oprah on the cover, but even he is relegated to the fold-out page – as an elf.
