“Black Ink Crew” Season 2 Episode 4: “These Are Minions!” airs tonight at 9:00 PM VH1.
In this week’s episode, the Black Ink staff numbers are dwindling, Ceaser meets a possible new female employee, but she’s promptly shot down by Dutchess. Meanwhile, a civil war could erupt within the crew when Puma relays news to Alex. In an attempt to mend his broken family, O’S**t catches up with his Baby Mama No. 1, Kathy, who he hasn’t seen since she attacked his ex-girlfriend, Kaylin. Elsewhere, Puma also works to strengthen family, and reunites with his estranged mother. When Dutchess and Sassy finally confront each other, Sassy gives Dutchess information that could change the relationship between Ceaser and Puma forever. When Ceaser’s mentor, Mommy, comes into the shop and learns what happened to Puma and Sassy, she becomes upset with Ceaser and tells Dutchess to grow up.

“Enter the world of the ‘Black Ink Crew’ and meet the girls and guys who run the only black-owned and operated tattoo parlor in the heart of Harlem at 113th St. and Lennox Ave. The employees are a tight, but totally dysfunctional “family.” For many of them, this shop is the key to turning their lives around, and for some of them, it’s their first legitimate job off the streets. To the people who work there, Black Ink is more than just one of the most famous — and infamous — tattoo shops in the country… it’s home. The shop is also a magnet for hip-hop stars and athletes, but the real flavor comes from the quite colorful characters that walk into the shop on a daily basis. From the sexy new girl on the block, Dutchess, to the party animal of the group, Puma, the characters are crazy, sexy, funny and, most of all, loveable.
