Usher and Tameka May Face Another Court Battle After Usher Ditches Co-Parenting Classes

Usher thanks sub-contractors for saving son's lifeSay what you want about Tameka Foster, but she’s one determined lady.

After losing every legal battle she’s had with her ex-husband so far, she’s gearing up for another legal battle after she claims Usher walked out on required co-parenting classes and has been shutting her out of making important decisions regarding their two sons.

Usher and Tameka have been divorced for four years now, but their legal drama continues to rage on.

Foster is requesting that a judge reprimand her ex after he allegedly ditched the co-parenting classes that the couple were required to attend.

According to Foster it was back in July that the R&B star threw a grown-man temper tantrum and stormed out of the class and since then, he hasn’t returned.

Of course, it seems odd that she waited until now to address an issue that happened back in the summer, but she insists she was busy begging Usher to come back to the classes with her.

As if that wasn’t enough, Tameka also claims that Usher has been shutting her out of her sons’ lives and making important decisions without consulting her first. Needless to say, co-parenting requires both parents to be on the same page when it comes to major decisions, but the problem is defining what exactly would be considered major.

When it comes to picking schools, receiving medical attention, or even vacations, both parents should definitely be involved, but these aren’t the type of decisions Usher has been making without Tameka. Instead, she is up in arms because Usher signed the boys up for football practice without asking her first.

It will be up to the courts to decide whether or not Usher is in contempt of court for signing his boys up for football practice without  the agreement of his ex-wife,  but after the series of legal disputes between the two, Tameka needs to pick her battles more wisely. Eventually the courts will grow weary of the ongoing disputes and Tameka’s constant requests for a judge to punish Usher for something.

Usher certainly has some major improvements to make as a father and a co-parent and it wouldn’t be surprising if some of these antics were done just to get under Tameka’s skin. But at the end of the day, the children have to be a priority to both parents. They desperately need to cast their differences aside and focus on raising their sons because if they don’t come to peace with each other soon, Usher V and Naviyd’s entire childhood will be plagued with legal battles between their mommy and daddy.
