Toni Braxton Laughs Off Wardrobe Malfunction, Prepares for Babyface Duet Album

Toni Braxton took on her crazy wardrobe malfunction like a true performer and has been in good spirits despite the mishap, as she prepares to team up with Babyface for a special duet album.

It looks like Braxton is giving Beyonce a run for her money with the flawless recovery after an embarrassing moment contest, while Ciara is close behind her, after she kept performing despite being served with a lawsuit in the middle of her set.

When the famous Braxton sister’s dress began falling apart on stage, she didn’t even realize she was showing her rear end to all her fans for most of her show; however, once she did learn of the malfunction she recovered with grace and has been joking about it ever since.

The “Unbreak My Heart” songstress admitted that she felt very uncomfortable after she realized what happened, but you would not have noticed.

“I was uncomfortable. I can’t deny I was uncomfortable, but I made it work and the audience kind of laughed and it turned into a burlesque show,” she told Yahoo’s OMG Insider.

She even went on to joke about charging more for the show since her fans got to see her bare, toned butt dance around for so long.

I should have charged more for the tickets,” she joked. “Who knew?”

Of course, it wasn’t necessarily a striptease. The soulful singer had on a nude bodysuit underneath the unraveling dress, which did help to preserve her modesty.

“I had a bodysuit on but it was very skimpy,” she admitted.

Braxton also added that she was just happy that the entire outfit didn’t come apart on stage.

Braxton may have been on stage performing some of her older hits when the malfunction happened, but she is still gearing up to release some new music with very talented help.

The 45-year-old crooner is reuniting with Babyface to release an album full of, what is sure to be, some soothingly powerful duets.

Back in 1992 the pair teamed up for “Give U My Heart,” and now both of their fan bases are anxiously awaiting the December release date for the new CD called “Love, Marriage, & Divorce.

Monday morning the pair gave a taste of what their new music has to offer, as they released the song “Hurt You.”

The song is, of course, a melody about the pain that comes along when a relationship begins to fail.
