Kim Kardashian, Kris Humphries Divorce Witnesses Revealed; Humphries Sued

(Kris Humphries Sued) Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries are getting ready for the divorce trial to begin and have already revealed who their witnesses in the trial will be and what evidence they plan on using to support their case. Meanwhile, Humphries legal team may have double the work to do after the NBA star got slammed with a serious lawsuit.

Kim Kardashian’s witness list doesn’t surprise us at all as the reality star’s momager Kris Jenner is ready to take the stand in her daughter’s defense according to E! News:

According to court records via E! News, Kardashian, who is expecting her first child with boyfriend Kanye West, will have Jenner, lawyers and managers and even Humphries himself testify about their relationship and their prenuptial agreement.

The reality star’s home network also got the deets on who Kris Humphries’s legal team plans on calling to the stand:

Kris Jenner—who is also on her daughter’s witness list—is only expected to testify for 20 minutes, per Team Humphries’ assessment. Others on the list include a number of people from Keeping Up With the Kardashians producer Bunim Murray, including executive producer Farnaz Farajam, who is also on Kardashian’s list.

The soon-to-be ex-couple’s wedding planner, Sharon Sachs, will also be called to testify but only for 10 minutes. Humphries also plans on calling his parents, Will.i.am and Debra, and his sister Kaela. His list also includes publicists, his agent and Kardashian’s hairdresser.

While Humphries’s first attorney didn’t feel like the NBA star had much of a case, it seems like the new legal team has gathered quite a lot of evidence including emails between Kim and Kris, a contract from People magazine about the couple’s wedding pictures, emails from the Keeping Up with the Kardashians show producers about story ideas, and even documents about the couple’s wedding budget.

The list of evidence goes on, but the only question is whether or not the evidence will be enough to prove that the marriage itself was a fraud. It seems like the evidence he has gathered so far is just enough to prove that the reality show is scripted and fake, but that wouldn’t be enough to win him this case because we all already knew reality TV wasn’t actually reality.

In the midst of preparing for the divorce trial, which is scheduled for May 6, Kris has added another burn on his legal team now that he is being hit with a lawsuit by a Beverly Hills clothing store.

According to TMZ, the NBA player didn’t hold up his end of the bargain with the suit shop:

K.H. is being sued by Scott Hill — who claims he was approached by Kris and Kim Kardashian a few years ago in the hopes he would provide clothes for Kris.

According to the lawsuit, Hill says he struck an interesting deal with Kris — I’ll give you a 30% discount on clothes if you introduce me to at least 2 of your NBA player friends to my store within 12 months.

Hill says the NBA players didn’t even have to buy anything — he just wanted an intro. Easy enough, right?

Well after Kris failed to bring in any of his famous basketball buddies, Scott is suing for more than $52,000 in damages.

Yikes!
