Allen Iverson’s Foreclosed Home on Market for Half Its Purchase Price

NBA All-Star Allen Iverson’s Buckhead home that he lost in foreclosure is on the market for $2.7 million. The list price is a big drop from a purchase price of $4.5 million in 2010.

The property – at 675 West Paces Ferry Road – is in a gated community.

The six-bedroom home was built in 2010. There are 11 total bathrooms, according to the real estate listing. Features include an elevator, pool and eight fireplaces.

In 2011, when he was playing for the Denver Nuggets, Iverson also lost his posh $3.875 million Cherry Hills, Colo., mansion to foreclosure after defaulting on the mortgage, according to the Denver Post. He had entered into contract to buy the Atlanta home before he defaulted on the Denver-area house, the Post said.

The Buckhead is listed by Donna Siniora with Atlanta Communities Real Estate Brokerage.
