James Marsden had just signed on to star opposite Elizabeth Banks in Lakeshore Entertainment and Sidney Kimmel Entertainment’s Walk Of Shame, according to THR.
Walk Of Shame’s story centers around a high strung news anchor that, after a wild night out, finds herself locked out on the street with no phone, money, ID or car. Thereafter she embarks on a series of misadventures as she finds her way to the most important job interview of her life.
Tom Rosenberg and Gary Lucchesi will team up with Sindney Kimmel to produce the comedy screenplay that Steven Brill wrote. The film already has distribution from Film District for the United States.
Marsden has been quite busy lately, he will next be seen in the upcoming 2 Guns film, opposite Denzel Washington and Mark Wahlberg. He will also appear in The Butler, where he will portray President John F. Kennedy. Currently, he is working as Tina Fey’s love interest on NBC’s 30 Rock.
