Reality Star Sheree Whitfield Will Finally Get Her Child Support

After years of court battles, reality star Sheree Whitfield will receive what she is owned in child support from ex-husband Bob Whitfield. According to court documents, Bob has been ordered to pay $75,000 in back child support to his ex by November 11.

This custody battle was broadcasted on national television thanks to Sheree’s involvement in the Real Housewives of Atlanta. Viewers witness antics like Sheree bragging about the settlement she would get after her divorce in the first season to Bob sticking his tongue out after he outsmarted her in court on the most recent season.

According to TMZ, Bob admitted to not paying child support and has missed 38 monthly payments. He owes Sheree a total of $81,000. The court also lowered his month child support payments from 2,142 to $1,000 for 12 months. Bob previously claimed he didn’t have the money to pay the support and had been denied when he asked for them to be lowered. He is a former NFL player who signed a $30 million contract with the Atlanta Falcons in 2000.

As for his ex-wife, she recently left the Real Housewives of Atlanta cast after four seasons on the show and according to a report from the Examiner, she isn’t missed. “I’m never sad when it comes to change. I think change is necessary for everyone,” said Miss Lawrence, cast member and Sheree’s former hairstylist. “The only thing that I get sad about is when people move on and they have no direction.”
According to Miss Lawrence, Sheree has some projects in the works but he didn’t elaborate. “I’m not sad that Sheree is moving on. I think Sheree has her focus and she knows what she wants out of life,” he continued. “I’m excited for her and know the future holds great things for her.
