Lenny Kravitz’s design firm Kravitz Design Inc. lent their eye for luxury home design to Miami condominium Paramount Bay, offering residents 47-stories of thoughtful design and amenities for every age.
The bay-front tower works to blend Miami living with Kravitz’s rock star style, giving the expected tropical landscaping along with the more unique touches of a 30-foot tall lobby and specially designed rooms for kids and teenagers. The kids room focuses on arts and crafts, with interactive learning and reading as important aspects, while the teen room has a musical focus. Both have vibrant color pallets and feature Kravitz Design Inc’s Tropicalismo Wallpaper Collection. For those who get worried about what their kids are up to, the children’s room is wired with live webcam technology, making it super easy to check in on your tots while you’re away.

The lobby is anchored by a grand staircase and a tropical garden-like atmosphere on the north end. The plants are meant to combine urban living with an oasis feel, complete with built-in seating helping to achieve an organic look. Throughout the lobby and mezzanine, residents are surrounded by American walnut wood, smoky grey glass and bronze accents, paonazzo marble, garden rooms and carefully selected luxury furnishings.
