If Kris Humphries is looking for attention from Kim Kardashian and her new beau Kanye West – he’s not getting it. In the latest news of the longest divorce for the shortest marriage, Kris attempted to serve Kim K’s boyfriend with a subpoena in a Nordstrom box!
Kris’ attorney Marshall Waller recalled the incident,“Our process server rang the doorbell and amazingly she answered. …He asked if (West) was present, and she said he was on the telephone. If Mr. West’s attorney ever calls us back, we’ll be happy to have a talk. But as a practical matter, that hasn’t happened. We’re jumping through hoops. We’ll probably have to serve him in public.”
It appears to be a continous uphill battle for Humphries who’s searching for a crack to seal his annulment case. Kim K is not biting and she spent their wedding anniversary with Kanye West. To make matters worse Kris’s parents filed for divorce last week.
Kardashian posted pictures of herself and West that were altered to make them look like aliens. The caption for the picture read “they’re calling me an alien a big headed astronaut…maybe that’s bc my boy Yeezy gets…”, which is part of a lyric from West’s verse in E.T., a collaboration with Katy Perry.
