Kim and Kanye Take Silly Pictures, Kardashian Divorce Gets Nastier

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West seem to have no problems showing the world how much fun they have together, judging by the latest pictures posted on Kardashian’s Instagram account. Kardashian posted pictures of herself and West that were altered to make them look like aliens. The caption for the picture read “they’re calling me an alien a big headed astronaut…maybe that’s bc my boy Yeezy gets…”, which is part of a lyric from West’s verse in E.T., a collaboration with Katy Perry.

While Kardashian is playing around with West, her divorce from Kris Humphries is getting nastier. Kardashian is trying to get a traditional divorce while Humphries is seeking an annulment, citing fraud as the reason. Humphries’ lawyer Marshall Waller claims the marriage was a farce and Kardashian only married him for her reality television show. Waller also implied that Kardashian’s team wasn’t being cooperative, according to E! News. “I don’t want to use the word uncooperative, but they are not making the process easier,” Waller told a judge at a hearing.

Kardashian’s lawyer Laura Wasser thinks Humphries and his team are the difficult ones and is questioning why Humphries is so adamant about getting an annulment. “To say I am frustrated is an understatement,” Laura Wasser said to the judge. “I’m at a loss to figure out what the holdup is. They had a prenup and were married 72 days. To what end does he want this annulment?”

Wasser also said Kardashian is “just moving forward. My client just wants to be divorced.”

Humphries has been subpoenaing people close to Kardashian and her reality show including her mother Kris Jenner and NBC Universal and Bunim and Murray, who produce “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” and her family’s other shows. West has also been pulled into the proceedings via papers delivered in a Nordstrom box after West proved difficult to contact.

Kardashian and Humphries will head back to court on November 28 and unless they come to an agreement, a trial date will be set at the hearing.
