Surely, Kanye West had the highest of intentions when he penned, “Perfect Bitch,” an ode to girlfriend Kim Kardashian, but the reality show star’s momager isn’t impressed: Kris Jenner reportedly is furious the rapper referred to her daughter with such a derogatory term.
In the song, West, who has had his fair share of high-profile relationships and break-ups, proclaims that though he’s been with loads of girls, he’s finally found his perfect match in Kardashian. The song, which West debuted via his laptop last Friday at New York’s PH-D Rooftop Lounge while partying with Leonardo DiCaprio, also makes numerous references to Kardashian’s curvaceous figure and famously round bottom.
No matter the intent of “Perfect Bitch,” though: Kardashian’s mama is not pleased. Jenner has helped her daughter build her brand by strategically capitalizing on her daughter’s celebrity arm candy and is rumored to have helped her daughter sell her infamous sex tape with R&B crooner Ray J, but she apparently draws the line at a man calling her child a “bitch.”
“Kris told Kim to get a grip, saying no woman should be called such a term,” a source told Showbizspy.com.
No matter what Kris Jenner thinks, though: Kim Kardashian is said to be “honored” by the song and thinks Kanye West’s “bitch” takes on a different, positive meaning in “Perfect Bitch,” which will debut on the rapper’s upcoming album, “Cruel Summer.”
“I know he doesn’t mean it in a negative way when he says the word ‘bitch,’” Kim reportedly told her friends. “I love it.”
“Perfect Bitch” marks the second time Kanye West has paid tribute to his new girlfriend in song. Previously, he rapped about his love for Kim Kardashian in “Way Too Cold,” referencing the reality star’s marriage to Kris Humpries, which ended in a bitter divorce just 72 days after the couple tied the knot in a multi-million dollar, star-studded television event.
