Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth really plan to tie knot this time. The former Hannah Montana actress told People she was delighted to be getting hitched to her actor beau of almost three years.
“I’m so happy to be engaged and look forward to a life of happiness with Liam,” the teen bride-to-be told People.
The 19-year-old actress has been dating the 22-year-old Hunger Games star since 2009, after they met on set of the movie The Last Song. Hemsworth proposed back on May 31st with a 3.5-carat diamond ring from jeweler Neil Lane, according to EW.
The couple who managed to keep the engagement a secret for a week, denied they were engaged earlier this Spring when Cyrus was spotted wearing what looked like a diamond ring on her left ring finger.
There has been no word of a wedding date as of yet, but Miley Cyrus will have to wait two more years before she can toast with champagne legally.
