Alicia Keys tapped into her colorful side for her recent photoshoot for Vibe magazine. With a dark lip courtesy of makeup artist Francesca Tolot and hair by Adir Abergel, Alicia appears to be light years ahead of current times. During her interview the Grammy-Award winning artist, mother, and wife went to the the past to retell the story of the day she knew Swizz Beatz was the one. According to the love birds the moment came after a professional meeting that saw Swizz leave with her credit card in his back pocket.
“One explanation might be that he’d grabbed it by accident when they split the check, but that would be too prosaic. They saw the credit card debacle as a sign, the first of many. Well, second, if you count the time, 14 years ago, when they first met and Dean tried unsuccessfully to get her number from his friend. “It wasn’t our time yet,” he says with a smile.”
