Boris Kodjoe And Claire Forlani Set To Star In New TV Pilot 'Scruples'

Claire Forlani And Boris Kodjoe have landed respected roles in ABC’s upcoming TV show drama Scruples.

Scruples’ concept is based on the book by Judith Krantz. The TV show will center on a very successful clothing designer Billy Winthrop (Forlani) in an intense world of sex and scandal.

Jessica McNamee also recently committed to Scruples. The actress will play Maggie, a determined celebrity writer and Billy’s close friend. Kodjoe, whose TV appearances include Nip/Tuck and Tyler Perry’s House of Payne, will play Josh Hillman, the lawyer of Billy’s late husband.

In the past, Forlani has been seen on TV shows such as Starz’s Camelot and CBS’ CSI: NY and NCIS: LA. Actor Kodjoe will be seen next in Resident Evil: Retribution.

The pilot will be executive produced by Tony Krantz and Natalie Portman. Michael Sucsy is set to direct and Bob Brush will pen the show. Warner Bros.TV is slated to produce.

    Wish this would be on a cable network. Do the story justice, nudity and language will make this.
    Just like Charlies Angels this show will fail due to the clothed sexy people.
