Demi Moore is in a rehab facility.
According to a source, the actress checked into the treatment center, Cirque Lodge, in Utah one week after her Jan. 23 dramatic hospitalization.
“It became clear to her that her way of coping with her stress was not working and she needed more help” a source says. “She’s on total lockdown and only talking to a small group of people.”
Cirque Lodge has previously hosted other celebrity clientele, reportedly including Lindsay Lohan, Eva Mendes and Mary-Kate Olsen. The facility specializes in “individualized addiction treatment”.
On January 23, Moore collapsed and started convulsing after she smoked a substance “similar to incense.” Thereafter, the paramedics responded and took the actress to the hospital.
Moore, who has had a drug problem in the past, had been showing signs of strange behavior lately.
“Really, it was over the last year her friends saw a change,” a source said. “She wasn’t sleeping as well, didn’t seem to be eating and looked really gaunt.”
