Beyonce's Intense Post Pregnancy Workout Plan

Beyonce‘s pre-pregnant body is ready to make a comeback. Maybe not next week but when she’s ready fitness guru Jeanette Jenkins has an intense workout plan all set.

Before Beyonce gave birth to her first child Blue Ivy Carter earlier this month it was reported that she was eager to return to the studio and begin recording new music. It may sound crazy to some but for the self proclaimed workaholic it’s just another day in the park.

Fitness guru Jeanette Jenkins who helped Mission Impossible star Paula Patton with her post baby weight loss among many other celebrities is revealed her secrets to MTV News.

“Working out should have been a part of a new mom’s regimen before she got pregnant, while she was pregnant and for the rest of her life. It should be part of your daily life, just like brushing your teeth or combing your hair. It’s your internal hygiene.” As a longtime performer Beyonce has no trouble in this arena.

After getting all the proper clearance from her doctors Beyonce can begin her workout plan.

“A weekly workout regimen should include all of the components of fitness – cardio, flexibility, muscular strength and muscular endurance – for overall functional health and fitness and for maximum results.”

Adding, “For the best weight-loss and toning results, it is important to train the entire body head to toe through all of the components of fitness with an emphasis on using the core at all times. It doesn’t matter if she is power walking, doing yoga or cooking in the kitchen, the core needs to be consistently engaged. Always pull your navel to your spine.”

Jenkins was certain to stress “The goal should not be to lose weight. The goal should be to live a healthy life, and by working out and eating healthy, you will be happy and the weight will just fall off because you are making healthy choices.”

Judging by Beyonce pregnant pictures she didn’t gain much weight and should snap right back into her bootylicious body in no time! Good luck Bey!
