Goodies singer Ciara was spotted in Atlanta, GA at charity skating event in a wheelchair! Music exec DeVyne Stephens hosted the event through his DeVyne Intervention Foundation. The event helped raise thousands of dollars to Hosea Feed the Hungry, a local Atlanta program that helps feed the homeless during the holidays.
