Toni Braxton may have been mysteriously absent from the Braxton Family Values premiere party in New York City last night but she was in full force at their sit down with talk show host Wendy Williams.
Along with sisters Tamar, Towanda, Trina, Traci and mother Evelyn, Toni sat next to Wendy to dish on season 2 of their popular show, dating rumors and financial rumors.
The ladies are so committed to each other that Towanda was forced to defend her sister Toni at the premiere party when a reporter asked if Toni would open up about her health and finances in a more candid and realistic manner. Towanda stated:
“Hold on, I feel like you’re trying to come for my sister,” Tamar defended, explaining that there are some things that Toni just can’t talk about–and not because she doesn’t want to. “Toni has always been very honest about her health, her finances, her relationships and her children but you have to realize that we have to set boundaries and there are some things that Toni wants to talk about but just can’t, legally.”
On Wendy Williams the ladies were another reflection of solidarity even when Toni revealed she let go of her longtime manger Vincent Herbert who is also Tamar’s husband.
