In 2009 Rihanna purchased her first home, a 8 bedroom 10 bathroom mansion in Beverly Hills, California. Three years later Rihanna is selling the home for $2.4 million less than her original purchase price. Yikes!
Earlier this year Rihanna was forced to sue the seller (Heather Rodumin) of the home claiming she knew the property was defective. The property inspector and others were named in the suit.
According to TMZ, after a moderate rainstorm in January 2010, Rihanna discovered numerous waterproofing defects, evidence of water intrusion and other construction defects.
No update on the lawsuit but the Real Eastalker claims Rihanna is willing to negotiate and consider all offers. Now we know why she works so hard!
