Lindsay Lohan was dismissed from her assigned community service program and she also missed a few court-ordered appointments with her psychologist. These are direct violations of the actress’ court terms and as a result, may be sent back to jail.
Judge Stephanie Sautner ordered Lohan to see a psychologist every week and to complete 360 hours of community service at a downtown women’s center in Los Angeles. This was part of her probation conditions for pleading no contest to a charge of allegedly stealing a $2,500 necklace from a Los Angeles boutique in January.
The “Mean Girls” star barely showed up to community service and was kicked out of the program.
Lohan was required to work at least four hours at a time at the center. According to sources, the 25 year old claims she was unfairly booted, mentioning that the staff were “mean.”
The actress will be back in court next week for a progress hearing.
