Beyonce is pregnant with her first child! She and Jay-Z are expecting their first child together!! After news broke that Beyonce revealed her belly bump on the black carpet of the 2011 MTV VMAs, questions lingered. Would she still perform? Would there be a big announcement?? Is this even true?
Beyonce answered all three questions when she took to the stage to perform Love On Top. Bey donned a sequined tuxedo jacket over black dress pants a and a white button down. As Bey approached the stage she stated, I want you to feel the love that’s growing inside of me. (That confirms that).
Beyonce gave a thrilling performance but saved the best for last. She appeared to take a deep breath while contemplating her next move – Bey then dropped the mic, opened her tuxedo jacket and beamed as she rubbed her belly on top her maternity pants!! (Still unsure why she was wearing pants at this stage).
The camera zoomed-in to an elated Jay-Z with bestie Kanye West – who apparently wasn’t in on the surprise – jumping up and down. It was an overall sweet moment.
